We want you to meet your goals, and we know each athlete has different needs when it comes to finding a coach and a training plan that works. Therefore, we have several training options for athletes that can be completely customized for your schedule and needs. We also have ongoing in-person training programs that may fit your needs exactly. Scroll below to see our programs and a cost overview:

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
One-on-one coaching is the most effective training tool possible. Sessions start at $50 per 30 minutes and $100 per hour. Programming is completely customized depending on what type of athlete you are and what you are trying to become. Our training can include weight lifting, Olympic weight lifting, injury prevention exercises, running, conditioning, agility, and sprint mechanics. Regardless of your goal, we always make sure to include periodic testing measures so that you can see objective progress.
COMBINED ONLINE AND ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
This is becoming our most popular options for our busy, motivated athletes in the Denver area. Train periodically with Carrie at our facility and she will send you customized programs to do on your own until your next in-person training session. Contact Carrie any time via email with questions on your at-home workouts. This is an economical way for a self-motivated athletes to train.
GAIT ANALYSIS FOR RUNNERS
Come to our facility and let Carrie analyze your gait mechanics. After 60 minutes of careful analysis, she will prescribe exercises and running drills to help make you the most efficient runner possible.
AT HOME TRAINING
Do you have an awesome home gym? Carrie will come to you and implement a customized workout. Our in-home training rates start at $150 per hour.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
If you have a small group of athletes (2-6 athletes) with similar goals who would like to form a training group, we can train them at our facility. Additionally, we run specific small group performance training programs and camps throughout the year. Click here to see our current and future programs.
ALPINE SEASON TUNE-UP
Train your legs and lungs for fast approaches, elevation gain, and steep descents. Take advantage of this combined in-person and at-home program that focuses on strength gains and endurance training. Click here for more details
